1. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you wish to return an item:
- You must return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns on perishable goods, gift cards, clearance items, or custom/special orders.
Refund or Exchange: You can choose a refund to the original payment method or exchange for another product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

4. How to Return an Item

- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item and send it to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing: Once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

- Used or damaged items not due to manufacturer faults
